Hi! I wanted to give you a quick campaign update! So far, everything is ahead of schedule! :)

Backer surveys are going out!

I'm using Backerkit to help organize the backer surveys. Over the next few days, you'll receive an e-mail asking for details such as where to ship your rewards.

Backerkit's system will also make it easy to to add items - like the Waddlebottom mini - to your pledge. 

Everyone will have roughly two weeks to fill out their surveys. After that, I'll be placing the order with the manufacturers to make the correct number of minis, cards, stickers, etc.

Waddlebottom mini news

We unlocked the Waddlebottom mini just before the campaign ended and since then, I've been working with the casting company to get the master cast and molds made. I'll share photos of the prototype when I receive it! I'm so excited! :)

Intoximancy is brewing!

We fell short of unlocking the Intoximancy PDF stretch goal but I've since learned that August is "zineQuest" on Kickstarter - where they focus on small roleplaying game supplements and standalone zines! I know, right? :)

This seemed like a perfect way to make the Intoximancy guide happen after all!

The next steps!

Here's a look at the next steps for the campaign...

It takes two weeks for Kickstarter to process payments and deliver the funds (minus approximately 10%). In the interim...

I'll be setting up a page on Backerkit to help with fulfillment and also as a way for you to update your pledge with any add-ons you might want. You be able to add the Waddlebottom mini to your pledge if the campaign closed before you had a chance.

Once Backerkit is set up, I'll be wrapping up the designs for the package labels. The minis of Sir Quimp and Waddlebottom were available separately and will be in their own boxes. Melvwyn, Bob, and Baby Dragon Jarn will share a box. So I'll be designing three labels.

I've begun talking with the casting company about creating Waddlebottom.  The master casts have already been created for the main four figures but Waddlebottom still needs a master cast to be created. They'll send me a proof and I'll share images here. 

I'll also be finalizing the designs of the printed character cards. You'll get a preview of the final files and I'll be updating the PDF to download.

I'll then let ask everyone to fill out their backer surveys to let me know your shipping addresses. 

Once the responses are in, we'll know how many minis, cards, and stickers to make. :)

As soon as the goodies arrive here, I'll start packing orders and shipping then out.

The goal is to ship everything ahead of schedule! :)

I'll share every step along the way.

The Waddlebottom add-on is unlocked!

The Lord of All Ducks mini add-on has been unlocked!

Thanks to your amazing support, we reached the third stretch goal and the Wadlebottom Mini is now available as an add-on! 

The physical mini is $15 and a digital STL file (for personal use only) is also available for $5. 

You can edit/modify your pledge to add these to your pledge. 

How to edit/modify your pledge, from Kickstarter's help section:

While a project is live you can adjust your pledge by visiting the project page and clicking the “Manage your pledge" button. On the following page, select "Change your pledge".

From here, you’ll be able to adjust your pledge amount or switch to a different reward tier (changing reward tier will automatically update your pledge amount). Additionally, you’ll have the option to add any add-on rewards, or give a little extra with bonus support.

I believe the process should be similar if you're using the Kickstarter app for IOS or Android.

I'll post a lengthier update tomorrow about the steps ahead, but for now, I'm going to have some cake, drink some coffee, and keep coloring the next episode of The Middle Age. :) Tomorrow's post will have info about fulfillment, more about the schedule, and how you'll be able to add extra goodies to your pledge.

Five days to go! 100+ backers, updated character cards, and new add-ons!

Happy Friday! Five days to go! 

The campaign continues to grow and we're now just seven or eight backers away from unlocking the Waddlebottom mini add-on! We're so close! :) 

I'm so confident that we're going to unlock the Waddlebottom mini, that I've added Waddlebottom to the character cards/stat blocks. You can download the updated PDF here (I've made a few other tweaks as well). 

 
All four cards (or five, if we unlock Waddlebottom) will be printed and a set will be included with each physical pledge.

Updated add-ons!

New and existing backers can now add extra sets of the printed cards as add-ons. If you're an existing backer (of physical rewards), you can add an extra set or two by updating/editing your pledge.

Backers will also be able to order extra sets of the cards after the campaign when entering their shipping details.

I'll have another update early next week - with a possible bonus update should we unlock the Lord of All Ducks before then.
